    Senior Digital Marketing Executive

    Salary: N260,000 – N300,000 net

    Job Summary: 

    The Senior Digital Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing the success of the company’s direct selling operations in Nigeria through their active digital marketing and online activities. This position involves promoting the company brand, products, and activities online, thereby leading to brand awareness and visibility.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 - 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the FMCG, health, or wellness sector.
    • Good understanding of SEO, Email Advertising, Mobile Marketing, Google Ads and Social media Ads.
    • Creative and good Content creator.
    • Skill in Social Media Management

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate local and regional sales activities, promotions, and campaigns online.
    • Promote awareness of the company’s brand and business opportunities.
    • Provide expert guidance on promoting brand awareness.
    • Develop marketing materials and product information packages online.

    Sales and Marketing Manager

    Salary: N450,000 – N500,000 net

    Job Summary

    This position involves leading and coordinating sales and marketing activities, promotions, events, and training programs to optimize the performance of the company’s distributor network. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Sales & Marketing Manager works closely with distributor leaders to strengthen the connection between the company and its distribution network.

    Requirements

    • A degree in marketing, business administration or any related field.
    • 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the MLM or direct sales sector.
    • Previous record of working in a health or pharmaceutical company.
    • A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrated success in building and managing effective marketing strategies

    Responsibilities

    Events Management: 

    • Oversee and facilitate all company training, incentive programs, and events across Nigeria.
    • Develop new event concepts tailored to specific market segments.
    • Ensure high-quality event execution, including content and speaker selection.
    • Organize and oversee physical and online training programs and tours, including Leadership Camps and Anniversary events. 

    Promotions: 

    • Design, plan, and execute promotions that drive distributor sales based on data analysis and performance metrics.
    • Communicate promotions effectively to distributors and monitor their effectiveness.
    • Develop new promotions when existing ones underperform and secure necessary approvals for launches.
    • Identify low-sales products and create promotional strategies to boost their performance.
    • Liaise with the IT department to develop content for product promotion across social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

    Sales Metrics & Reporting:

    • Analyze sales performance, distributor achievements, and organizational metrics to provide reports for management decision-making.
    • Regularly review sales metrics and distribute performance reports to the Sales & Marketing team.
    • Ensure the monthly sales targets are met as committed to headquarters.
    • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
    • Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets for each financial year. 

    General Sales Management:

    • Oversee and coordinate local and regional sales activities, promotions, and campaigns.
    • Manage sales budgets and projections and approve expenditures as necessary.
    • Track and analyze sales statistics using key performance metrics.
    • Set and achieve sales quotas and targets.
    • Lead and oversee the performance of the sales team.
    • Identify emerging markets and sales opportunities and implement territory specific sales plans.

    Freight Clearance Analyst

    Salary: N450,000 Net

    Requirement

    • BSc/HND graduate in a related field.
    • 3 – 4 years of experience 
    • knowledge of import/export regulations with great analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the optimization of total landing cost by assuring cost-effective custom clearing processes through leveraging on relationships with clearing Agents, Banks and Customs
    • Accurately Calculate and ensure prompt payment of all import and export taxes
    • Review item HS codes, draft and final assessment for correctness 
    • Analyze and consider critical parameters (i.e. cost, safety, carrier availability, etc.) and advise alternatives to drive business efficiency 
    • Responsible for review and archiving shipment related documents and all Final Exchange Control Documentation (FECD) and transfer of same to respective Banks
    • Liaise with Clearing Agents to assist the business unit achieve all KPIs such as shipment delivery, invoice and FECD submission
    • Support in ensuring that freighting activities of the Business are in strict compliance with both international and local regulations guiding custom clearing, duty payment and other critical business requirements
    • Provide stakeholders with periodic reports and status of shipments 
    • Review and analysis of shipment status report 
    • Understand Incoterms and impact on company risk appetite and Landed Costs
    • Monitor vendor compliance with correct application of HS codes
    • Monitor and evaluate Clearing Agents performance according to defined SLA
