We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the management of marketing projects in the smart PV field, plan strategies, integrate resources, and implement campaigns. They are included but not limited for focusing on business objectives, leading the development of brand/product marketing strategies and marketing tactics in the regional smart PV market, integrating internal and external resources, and forming an integrated marketing campaign.

Responsibilities;

• Sort and refine the smart PV product positioning and selling points. Manage the product GTM.
• Develop and implement a complete brand plan based on the regional market characteristics. Clearly disseminate the value of PV products and solutions by various channels, such as large exhibitions, high-level summits, and digital marketing. Improve the recognition of smart PV products and solutions in regional markets, and promote the success of frontline projects.
• Build and maintain regional PV ecosystem. Keep contacting and interacting with third parties such as industry associations and partners. Especially establish and maintain relationships with local media, and support continuous exposure of products through media communication, media cooperation negotiation, and PR writing and publishing. Establish and disseminate a good brand image of smart PV products and solutions.

Business skill requirements:

• Market insight: Have good understanding of the regional PV industry. Have industry insight, business insight, and competitive insight capabilities. Identify industry trends, customer pain points and competitors' trends, by materials analysis from market research and third-party cooperation, which provide the guide to the marketing.
• Marketing management: Be proficient in marketing knowledge. Be capable of marketing strategy development, value proposition development, marketing content planning, and communication channel planning.
• Documentation development: Have the capability of developing and writing marketing materials.
• Communication: Have good expression capabilities, and especially can communicate with customers/media/analysts.

Professional knowledge requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, with 5 years or above marketing experience. Rich experience in the energy industry market are preferred.
• Be willing and enthusiastic to join a smart PV industry, challenge yourself, have a strong sense of achievement and anti-pressure ability, and be adaptable to frequent business trips or working abroad.

We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with stakeholders about layout and design.

Graphic Designer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or software related field.
• 4 years’ Experience as a graphic designer.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.

Business Managers who are familiar with methodology and key points of customer and channel development, with project support knowledge and technical solution communication

Job Responsibilities;

• Undertake the sales target of the customer, gain insight into business opportunities based on the strategy and regional business objectives, participate in developing and implementing the development strategy;
• Implement specific actions on developing, nurturing, motivating, supporting, brand building, and providing technical enablement for customers in the region;
• Provide technical support for public cloud projects to ensure the implementation of PoC test of the solution and service migration to the cloud;
• Integrate internal and external resources, help customers to achieve goals effectively and win-win outcomes with cloud.

Professional knowledge requirements:

• BSc or Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Understanding of the major industries (finance, media Internet, manufacturing, and healthcare) of the public cloud.
• Be able to understand and explain mainstream public cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, big data IOT, and EI)
• Be able to identify accurately, expand, and penetration of the opportunities;
• Certain experience of AWS，Azure，google cloud；
• Have 3+ year OTT(Over the top) industry back ground in Nigeria, understanding of cloud business and the trend.
