Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
• Assisting sales personnel in their techniques of selling and demand generation
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term of the business within the region assigned.
• Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings.
• Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
• Working on the field with each member of the team as required.
• Identifying new business opportunities both for demand generation and sales.
• Managing key accounts.
• Following up on reps receivables to ensure reduction to the barest minimum.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Biological Science.
• Candidate must have at least 3 years experience as an RSM in a pharmaceutical industry.
• B.Pharm is an advantage.
• Very analytical.
• Should reside in any of the listed states; kano,Abuja, Lagos and Abia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare brand direction and communication for all out brands.
• Create detailing aids and presentation slides for all sku's.
• Train all staff (old and new) on the use of detailing aids.
• Co-ordinate social media and brand communications.
• Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
• Establish and maintain brand budgets.
• Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media.
• Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
• Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.

Requirements

• Candidate should have a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or any of the Biological Science courses.
• 3 - 6 years experience as a brand manager in a pharmaceutical industry
• Should reside in Lagos.
• A male is prefered for gender balance.

Job Description

• Lead the generation of demand for Oakleaf Pharmaceuticals products in government and privately owned health facilities, retail facilities and relevant medical establishment.
• Meet and Exceed territory sales target within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Interface with and communicate effectively to customers and key influencers regarding product efficacy and safety, product availability, supply and distribution.
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding designated customer base in assigned territory.
• Identifying and establishing new business.
• Maintaining detailed records.
• Make presentations to health care professionals in Hospitals or Pharmacies.
• Analyze your sales data to improve sales results.
• Monitor competitor activity and products.
• Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• A Degree in Biological Sciences or related courses.
• B.Pharm is an advantage.
• 1 - 5 years ofexperience as a medical sales rep or retail pharmacy.
• Based in Kaduna, Abia.
• Planning, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
• Customer relationship skills.

Salary
N110,000 monthly
