    Manintenance Associate (SOUTHWEST & NORTH)

    Reporting to:

    Manager, Maintenance

    Job Objective:

    Eliminate / Reduce equipment, HVAC down time in Chicken Republic restaurants as assigned. Quick response to maintenance issues by the Restaurant Manager as set in process manual
    Key Responsibilities

    • Servicing &maintenance Power plant (Generators 250kva and above)
    • Maintenance of pumps
    • Ensure  relatively uninterrupted power supply in the depot
    • Maintenance and repairs of depot equipments and fittings
    • Rectification of electrical faults
    • Installation and servicing of air conditioners and other equipment as assigned
    • Plan and co-ordinate electrical repairs on machines and other equipments
    • Provide information on electrical spare parts
    • Daily log of operations and activities of the department
    • Keeping of depot fuel consumption records
    • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
    • Responsible for all maintenance and facility operations in the food and beverage factory
    • Established a preventative maintenance program in both plants and restaurants
    • Reduced down times 5%,
    • Responsible for fleet of cars and other logistic equipment.
    • Responsible for the management of the operation including supervision, purchasing and
    • performed required Engineering

    Skills, Competencies and Requirements:

    Functional Competencies/Requirements:

    • Control Costs ( hours, materials, services)
    • knowledge on Preventive maintenance and apply the tools on maintenance routine
    • Knowledge on Predictive maintenance and experience on implementation
    • Downtime controls, analysis and corrective action
    • Strong fundamentals on team working
    • Computers skills (spread sheets excel, word, Autocad)
    • Experience on conveyors (elevators, belts, screw)
    • Experience with continuous production process
    • Thermodynamics and mechanical knowledge
    • Refrigeration and Boiler experience desirable
    • Experience building reports to control costs, downtime etc
    • Safety knowledge
    • Sanitary process knowledge desirable

    General Management Competencies/Requirements:

    • Strong Analytical skills
    • Strong Oral Communication skills
    • Strong Problem Solving Skills
    • Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate effectively

    Educational Qualifications/Experience:

    • Minimum of university degree / HND /  Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,

    I.T Support Officer (NORTH)

    Job Theme:

    Support and IT Operations

    Job Objective:

    To collaborate for the design, analysis and implementation of efficient IT systems. To gather feedback from end users for continuous process system and process improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

     Field Support Functions

    Deploy, configure, maintain and repair IT infrastructure – both software and hardware
    Support all installations pertaining to all field locations, stores and the Head office

    Administrative Functions

    • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
    • Develop and analyze functional specifications
    • Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs

    Finance Store Support Officer

    Locations: Abule Egba, Idi Iroko, Magodo, Osolo Way, Bode Thomas and Omole (Lagos Mainland) - Lagos

    Job Purpose

    • To ensure co-ordination and execution of store administrative tasks including but not limited to accounting i.e. P n l report, daily stock management report, GP report, reports from FP and A, Inventory, support office and other clerical roles in restaurant operation.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    Store Financial:

    • Managing store documentations and transmitting same to Head Office.
    • Posting of invoices and all other inter- stores transfers to the system (ERP)
    • Completing daily cash reconciliation and daily cash banking.
    • Managing weekly petty cash and float.
    • Assist in the computation of monthly GP report.
    • Collaborate with Finance Department and initiate timely preparation of Management report.
    • Supervise stock movement from receipts to its utilization and ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Participate in the monthly stock take exercise.
    • Follow up with external vendors and government agencies on matters affecting the stores.

    Operations Reporting:

    • Ensure daily Stock receiving, Stock control and update of all stock record
    • Daily Stock Variance Report and weekly stock report – documentation and update
    • Assist Store Managers in Forecasting and Line Scheduling
    • Weekly ordering and stock requisition
    • Update all entry on the Company ERP system. Ensure correctness and accuracy of data entry into the system

    General Store Administration:

    • Collating Recruitment documentation, leave request etc and send to HR for verification.
    • Maintaining Store Notice Board I.e. important contact details such as store hospital, staff meal roaster,
    • Police contact, Deloitte Tip-Off are on the board
    • Waste collection bills submitted in the stores
    • Hand over of the cheques to vendors as cheques are sometimes left in the store undelivered to Vendors
    • Routinely check the register of the Security guards and their appearances

    Requirements

    • Only Accounting Graduates will be considered.
    • 0 - 1 year experience in Accounts Only.
    • Membership of the Hospitality Professional Certification - HORECAB, or any other relevant hospitality certification will be an added advantage
    • Strong knowledge of Inventory Management in Food and beverage service company.
    • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in resource allocation.
    • Strong proficiency in MS i.e. use of Excel, Power Point and Word etc.

    Salary
    N70,000 - N100,000 monthly
