    Head, Audit and Assurance

    Annual Gross remuneration: 41.6M

    Our client, a leading Financial Services sector, is seeking to hire a Head, Audit to join us dynamic team. 

    This role holder will be responsible for leading the internal audit functions, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of financial and operational processes, and providing independent assurance that the organization’s risk management, governance, and internal control processes are operating.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and risk assessment.
    • Coordinate with senior management to identify key areas of risk and prioritize audit engagements accordingly. 
    • Oversee the execution of audit engagements, including financial, operational, compliance, and information technology audits. 
    • Ensure the internal audit function adheres to professional standards, such as the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IIA Standards). 
    • Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate key risks facing the organization. 
    • Develop audit strategies to address identified risks and ensure adequate internal controls are in place. 
    • Collaborate with other assurance providers, including external auditors and regulatory bodies, to ensure a coordinated approach to risk management.

    Persons Specifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent is required. Experience: 
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal audit, external audit or a related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
    • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in consumer lending, is highly desirable. 
    • Strong understanding of internal auditing standards, risk management, and internal control principles.

    Head of Payment

    Our client, a leading Financial Services Institution, is seeking a dynamic and driven Head of Payment who will drive the strategic execution and growth of our client\\\'s payment services. The ideal role holder will focus on achieving active wallet targets and increasing transactional activity among both new and existing customer bases.

    The ideal role holder will employ innovative approaches to cross-sell payment services to users of other client’s products and deliver seamless, customer-centric payment solutions.

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to meet and exceed annual targets with a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention
    • Identify and execute innovative methods to attract new users while maintaining strong engagement with existing customers
    • Establish and nurture partnerships with fintech companies, merchant aggregators, and other external stakeholders to broaden the reach and adoption of payment services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, Product, marketing, and customer 
    • experience, to design and roll out user-friendly payment features that align with market needs and drive wallet adoption
    • Analyze market trends, user behaviour, and performance data to refine strategies and maximize impact.
    • Engage with customers (existing C prospective) to articulate relevant product requirements for 
    • the development and deployment of streamlined solutions for merchant collections and payroll systems to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to execute the payment strategy effectively

    Persons Specification

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is an advantage).
    • 8+years of experience in payments, digital banking, or fintech solutions, with leadership roles in wallet and payment product management
    • Proven track record of driving payment service adoption and transaction growth
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
    • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

    Chief Finance Officer

    Annual Gross Remuneration: 48.4M

    Our client, a leading Financial Services Institution, is seeking to hire a Chief Finance Officer to join its dynamic team.

     The role holder will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and driving long-term profitability and sustainable growth.

     The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in the fintech industry, particularly in financial services such as lending, payments, investment, and merchant payments. 

    Job Responsibilities 

    •  Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies that support the company\'s overall business goals in fintech, including lending, payments, and investment. 
    • Partner with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations to shape business decisions, drive growth, and optimize profitability. 
    • Ensure the financial sustainability of the business while driving operational excellence and innovation.
    • Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Managing Director and the Board. 
    • Perform financial analysis for existing and new products, including fintech payment solutions and lending services, to support data-driven decisions.

    • Drive the development of policies, procedures, and controls that align with best practices in financial governance. 

    Persons Specification

    •  Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 
    • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is required. 
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the fintech industry. 
    • Proven track record in leading finance functions in fintech businesses, preferably in lending, payments, or investment sectors. 
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance in the financial services/fintech industry.
    • Experience with investor relations, fundraising, and capital markets.
    • Demonstrated success in managing complex financial models and forecasting in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
