    Contracts Administrator III

    Main Functions

    • Ensure Contractors work in accordance with contract terms and conditions. Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders that support contract services for production work in compliance with corporate controls and best practices. Track progress, and support Supervisors with coordinating Contractor’s compliance regarding company systems and controls. Oversee the administration and performance of service contracts. Ensure contract payments are executed accurately and anomalies are identified. Ensure payments are made to Contractors in accordance with requirements of Company agreements held with Contracts in a timely manner. Advise on contract risks and support the stewardship of gap closure and opportunities for improvement, assisting with prioritization where required.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Participate in pre-qualification and contractor selection
    • Liaise with Procurement to ensure required Contract Documents are in place
    • Participate in contract handover between Procurement and Business Line
    • Initiate and Facilitate contract kick-off meeting with Contractor
    • Communicate with Contractor to develop a joint Interface Management Plan
    • Engage in contract life cycle and overseeing the entire contract portfolio for each business line/function
    • Responsible for stewarding contractor interface activities throughout contract life cycle
    • Participate in service planning and develop contract strategy
    • Act as a liaison and coordinator among Procurement, SSH&E and Operations within the business line
    • Establish and maintain the Active Contractor Tracking Database
    • Monthly KPI reporting (e.g., Contract Stewardship, Man hour reporting, etc.)
    • Link to other business lines to share best practice
    • Coordinate and conduct Contractors Site Assessment
    • Coordinate review contractor crew competency
    • Organize and coordinate Contractor Performance Assessments (Reporting Quarterly interface, A&D compliance, Contractor compliance check and Annual Performance Scorecard)
    • Report Contractor performance to OIMS 8-1 System Owner and Administrator
    • Coordinate and facilitate Level 2 and 3 quarterly, annual performance review/feedback meetings
    • Liaise with SSH&E Team to schedule Level 4 SSHE Sharing Meeting
    • Assist with coordinate Level 5 Annual Contractor Safety Forum
    • Assist Contract Owner in performing suspension and/or termination to contracts
    • Initiate and ensure contract completion and close out with contractor

    Skills And Qualifications

    • Experience with Contract administration, with service-contractor environments preferred.
    • Experience within a large corporation or complex organizational setting.
    • Experience and confidence working in field or industrial environments, including remote locations.
    • Experience working with developing businesses, and also Landowner Companies (LANCO’s).
    • Experience in engaging with contractors, in a developing country environment.
    • Highest standard of Safety, Health, Environment aptitude and cultivates the same in others
    • Understanding of Procurement roles, responsibilities and business processes as they relate to contracts
    • Knowledgeable of contracts terms and conditions

    Rig Supervisor III

    Main Functions

    • Represents the company on a rig site to support the safe and efficient execution of well plans. Is the primary contact for rig and third party personnel to ensure logistics for personnel, equipment and services are appropriately organized and managed.

    Tasks And Responsibilities

    • Responsible for communicating expectations regarding safety, security, health, and environment; provides guidance and supports managing Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) events
    • Responsible for communicating Operations Integrity Management Systems (Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) ) expectations on the rig site
    • Monitors rig operations to provide feedback and input to the rig contractor to ensure well control procedures are properly followed and emergency situations are appropriately managed
    • Responsible for ensuring that safety, operational, environmental, security and other drills are conducted on site at specified frequencies
    • Responsible for ensuring drilling and completion procedures are followed as approved and utilizes management of change processes if changes are required
    • Orders and organizes logistics for services and equipment necessary to conduct drilling and completion operations efficiently
    • Supports onsite surveillance requirements for the operation in areas such as kick detection, abnormal pressure detection, torque & drag, mud properties, and solids control efficiency
    • Responsible for generation of accurate and adequate operations reports
    • Interfaces with engineering and geology to ensure understanding of well objectives and procedural requirements

    Skills And Qualifications

    • Experience in rig supervisory or rig leadership roles for drilling and completion operations
    • Experience working for a major Operator or Drilling Contractor
    • Hold current certification for Well Control

    Project Engineer III

    Main Functions

    Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints. Reviews industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems. Provides technical support for the engineering process. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Back up responsibilities for the Project Manager as required

    • Coordinates development of EMCAPS (ExxonMobil Capital Project Management System) Gate 3 deliverables
    • Coordinates development of Functional Interaction Plan
    • Coordinates project issues resolution process
    • Coordinates change requests & endorses change authorization
    • Responsible for the completion of the assigned work scope consistent with the Project Objectives
    • Engages Project Team and functional resources to verify that the design & construction is consistent with project specifications & standards
    • Serves as interface between Project Team & Contractor
    • Ensures smooth transitions between project stages
    • Leads Project Management Team (PMT) in applying Project Management Systems

    Skills And Qualifications

    Project Information Management Lead III

    Main Functions

    • The Project Information Management (PIM) Lead is accountable for planning and execution for all aspects of Project Information Management (PIM) within the project. The PIM Lead also provides Leadership that guides the Project Team and FEED/Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractors to ensure compliance with Contracts and Company Project Information Management standards across all project Phases (front end engineering design (FEED), EPC, Turnover, and Handover). The PIM Lead works to ensure requirements are planned, delivered, and communicated across all project life-cycle phases, through to Handover to Operations and stewards Company Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) (UDOCS) and Roll-Out Project Information Management expectations.

    Tasks And Responsibilities

    • Develop and Maintain the Information Management Plan, and supporting procedures, templates and guidelines
    • Interface with Project Information Management Advisor and stake holders to ensure Company Expectations are met including overall strategy, staffing plan and resources to support the plan (e.g. roles and responsibilities, activities, training, related specifications and procedures, check lists, databases, central files, user guides, etc.)
    • Champion and coordinate Company Project Information Management standards
    • Assure Project Information is timely controlled, accessible and current at all project locations
    • Review standard contracting, procurement and project management documents and procedures to ensure they include clear communication of Information Management and Document Control standards and requirements
    • Ensure Project Team EDMS is effectively utilized to support project execution, Commissioning, Start-Up and Operations
    • Ensure Master Document Register (MDR), Supplier Master Document Register (SMDR), and Document Distribution Matrix (DDM) requirements are implemented and maintained
    • Coordinate Information Technology (IT) issues associated with establishing the Project Information Management System and related IT databases and tools
    • Maintain Information Management processes including performance measurements, reporting and assessment of Contractors IM (Information Management) /DFO and determine gaps/recommendations
    • Until the Project Documents For Operations (DFO) Coordinator position is staffed, provide DFO planning and act as the primary contact point for document turnover from the contractor to the Project Team (PT) and handover to operations
    • Bring to the attention of the Project Team management any issues that could potentially impact final documentation quality, cost or schedule
    • Perform internal audits within the Project Team and external audits of Contractor and Sub-Contractor teams, and ensure resolution of issues raised
    • Drives and promotes capital efficiency on stewarded projects

    Skills And Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
    • Experience working in areas of technical administrative support and document management, including working experience with IT systems and tools
    • Experience working in project technical information management assignments
    • Expert level proficiency in Project Information Management skill area within Oil and Gas Industry
    • Skill and experience in supervision and training of Information Management / Document Control personnel in an Oil and Gas industry project team
    • Understanding of information and documentation needs and uses in operating oil and gas facilities
    • Experience in a Production, Refining or Chemicals operations technical support organization is desirable
    • High skill in written communications including proven ability to create procedures, guides and training
    • Strong influencing, consulting, mentoring, analytical, and computing skills

    Environmental Scientist III

    Main Functions

    • Provide guidance and advice on Technical, Operational, and Safety, Security, Health and Environmental (SSH&E) aspects of environmental data collection during field operations. Collection and analysis of environmental samples and data. In addition, the personnel will be required to act as Marine Mammal Observer (MMO) or Protected Species Observer (PSO) during the seismic operation. A MMO/PSO shall be the individual who keeps watch for mammals during seismic operations.

    In addition to the Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3:

    • Will provide mentoring and technical guidance to lower level personnel and have the skills and qualifications below.
    • Serve as the environmental expert for the Business Line.

    Skills And Qualifications

    • Previous experience in a closely related position; ExxonMobil experience preferred
    • Must have exceptional technical skills to monitor and advise on technical aspects of data acquisition, sample preservation, processing, interpretation, classification and reporting; including; logistics, operations, instrumentation, equipment, recording, and positioning
    • Must be well versed in SSH&E practices and processes for field operations
    • Must have strong knowledge of sampling and preservation of water column, surficial and near surficial sediments for environmental, geochemical or geological/geotechnical purposes
    • Must be trained at observing and identifying marine mammals or in compliance with the most recent Joint Nature Conservation Committee (JNCC) guidelines (or other standards defined for the area of operations).
    • Must have excellent communication skills, possess high level of integrity, and willingness to build trust and accountability in inter-personal relationships while working in team setting
    • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
    • Must be proficient in current communication mediums and technologies (i.e., Microsoft Office, telecommunications, email, meetings)
    • Must be in good physical condition and shall comply with all project health and safety requirements (including any vendor, vessel or country-specific certifications required to work offshore)
    • Must comply with requirements per the agreement.
    • Certifications must be current and not due to expire for the anticipated duration of the project
