    Quality Assurance Officer (Solar Panel Manufacturing)

    Job Description

     

    • The QA Officer ensures that all solar panels and components meet strict quality standards and regulatory compliance. This role involves developing QA frameworks, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and enforce quality control standards for all production stages.
    • Conduct regular inspections and testing on raw materials and finished products.
    • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
    • Maintain ISO and industry certifications relevant to solar panel manufacturing.
    • Collaborate with production teams to ensure process consistency.
    • Maintain accurate QA documentation and reporting.
    • Train production staff on quality control procedures.
    • Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet required specifications.
    • Audit internal processes to detect non-compliance and recommend improvements.
    • Monitor KPIs related to defect rates, returns, and customer complaints.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
    • ​Support product development teams in testing new product designs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
    • Minimum 4 years QA experience, preferably in manufacturing or renewable energy.
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other quality frameworks.
    • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.
    • Hands-on experience with quality testing equipment.
    • Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
    • Familiarity with solar industry standards is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to train and influence production teams on quality culture.
    • Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Six Sigma a plus).
    • Knowledge of environmental compliance in solar manufacturing.

    Job Description

    • The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the solar panel manufacturing operations. This role ensures proper cost control, efficient allocation of resources, and compliance with all financial regulations while supporting strategic growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow for the subsidiary.
    • Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
    • Implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.
