    HR Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of staff
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 7 - 10 years of experience in human resource management, talent acquisition, employee relations, or organizational development
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, performance management, and employee engagement strategies
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR management software (HRIS). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    Operation Engineer

    Summary

    • We are seeking a skilled Operations Engineer to support and optimize network infrastructure for corporate clients.
    • The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and a solid grasp of L2/L3 networking.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and manage network infrastructure for corporate clients.
    • Design and implement IT, network, and security solutions.
    • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls (Cisco, Mikrotik, etc.).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve core network issues quickly to meet SLAs.
    • Develop network topologies and offer technical consultancy.
    • Stay updated on new technologies and equipment across vendors.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and follow departmental policies.
    • Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Telecommunications.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in network engineering.
    • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
    • Experience with Mikrotik, Cisco, and Unix-based systems.
    • Understanding of MPLS, L2/L3 VPNs, and LAC/LNS.
    • Cisco ASA/Juniper firewall experience is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills and team spirit.
    • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

    Certifications

    • CCNA – Mandatory
    • CCNP – Preferred.
