Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations of the hotel including income and expenditure tracking.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.
• Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to support business decisions.
• Monitor cash flow and control inventory costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotel or hospitality accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or hotel PMS).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage

• The candidate must possess good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through relationship building, cold calling, and networking
• Be responsible for the sourcing of new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Responsible for lead generation for the company
• Arrange for business meetings and reach out to individuals and organizations.
• Achieve allocated sales revenue targets.
