About the Role

• Coinbox Limited is recruiting on behalf of a mission-driven faith-based NGO seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Programs to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of high-impact social intervention programs.
• As the organization's programmatic leader, you will oversee initiatives across Education, Health, and Shelter, ensuring sustainable impact, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes. This role requires an experienced leader with strong expertise in programme management, MEAL frameworks, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the organization's programs and social interventions.
• Design, implement, and oversee complex programmes from concept to completion.
• Establish and strengthen Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) frameworks.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Programme Managers and Coordinators.
• Manage programme budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements, safeguarding policies, and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, development partners, donors, and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Executive Director and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and sustainable programmes.
• Prepare programme reports and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years' professional experience in programme management or a related social sector role.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
• Proven expertise in designing MEAL frameworks and managing complex programme budgets.
• Experience developing technical proposals and grant applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
