Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 5-7 years Cognate Experience
• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the retail industry.
• Proficient Knowledge of Instructional Design, training methodologies, and Adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in the use of Learning Management Systems and E-Learning tools
• HR certification or L&D is a plus
