Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field. MBA or Certifications in Spa/Wellness Management or Holistic Health are a plus.
3 - 5 years in spa management or wellness center operations.
Skills:
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa management software.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Passion for holistic wellness and a client-centered approach.
