The Growth Lead will drive growth initiatives for Pay Small Small (PSS) and Kalabash Cards (B2B and B2C) across existing and new airline partnerships, with a primary focus on Wakanow and other partner airlines. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and hands-on individual who can design and execute data-driven growth strategies that increase customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow PSS adoption across Wakanow and other airline partners.
Work with airline and OTA partners to ensure PSS visibility, conversion optimization
Identify, structure, and manage marketing collaborations and co-branded campaigns with partner airlines.
Coordinate with product, operations, and tech teams to enhance user experience and resolve adoption barriers.
Drive card acquisition through targeted B2C and B2B channels (corporates, SMEs, and travel agents).
Lead offline activations, market campaigns, and university programs to boost card awareness and usage.
Manage and expand B2B card programs, ensuring smooth onboarding, utilization, and retention of business clients.
Use data and insights to identify card growth opportunities and prepare reports
Prepare regular reports and presentations on all product performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure high performance campaigns, and user acquisition across all products.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Growth in PSS transactions and active users.
Number of new card acquisitions (B2C and B2B).
Activation and usage rate of distributed cards.

Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.
5+ years experience in growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in fintech, payments, or travel.
Strong understanding of sales acquisition channels, product growth strategies, and partnership management.
Proven track record of driving measurable growth in consumer or financial products.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
