Job Description

• The successful candidate will coordinate the development, implementation and reporting of strategic plan of the Group and facilitate the preparation of divisional/ departmental business plans / initiatives in alignment with the corporate plan
• The role reports to the Group Chief Executive Officer GCEO)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans (short and long term) for the business to gain market share
• Articulate and communicate the approved corporate strategy
• Review and report on the achievement of the annual strategy and initiatives
• Gather business intelligence, analyse information and generate reports for top management
• Generate business scenarios and financial models to aid management in making decisions
• Provide an objective source of macroeconomic data and forecasts for business development, investments and finance budgeting purposes
• Identify improvement / transformation opportunities and coordinate all initiatives
• Research, analyse and recommend courses of action that directly contribute to the profitability of Mandilas strategic projects / initiatives
• Monitor Mandilas market performance to ensure the achievement of the Groups strategic objectives
• Collaborate closely with the Business Units to align strategy, product roadmap, communication plan and prioritization
• Identify and recommend possible partnering opportunities and relationships that will ensure the achievement of Mandilas strategic objectives
• Carry Out project management functions
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO).

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in the Social Sciences, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related discipline
• Minimum of twelve (12) years relevant experience, 5 of which must have been in a management position of a reputable organisation
• Excellent project management skills
• Relevant professional certifications from a reputable professional institution e.g. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Project Management Professional, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or its equivalent
• A Postgraduate Degree in a related discipline would be an added advantage.

Job Description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for all marketing activities for refrigeration /cold room products, manage existing clients and generate new sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to drive the growth of the business
• Carry out continuous market research to diversify customers base and gain market share
• Develop and maintain a marketing plan to attract customers and raise awareness of products and services
• Monitor the market and gather business intelligence, generate reports to assist management in taking decisions
• Monitor sales revenue, margins and expenses
• Provide regular performance reports to the General Manager on potential customers' needs, problems and interests
• Identify business development and growth opportunities for all our products
• Develop and maintain long term business partnerships with customers to leverage future businesses
• Perform other functions as may be requested by the General Manager

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution
• Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience, 4 of which must have been in a management position of a reputable organisation
• Cold vehicle and cold room management experience
• A Postgraduate Degree in a related discipline would be an added advantage.
