    Key Account Manager – Enterprise Solutions

    Industry / Sector: Internet Services / Telecommunications

    Location: Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Kano & Portharcourt

    Experience: 6+ years

    Job Scope:
    Actively maintaining a superior depth of product knowledge in their designated product areas, including;

    • Competitive Offerings.
    • All solutions enabled by the products.
    • Portfolio of implementation case studies & use cases.
    • Information on future product development

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Meeting or exceeding planned sales goals.
    • Maintaining and developing a customer and prospect database.
    • Coordinating with relevant team on lead generation. Coordinating the sales efforts with marketing team.
    • Acquiring deposits and balance of payment from clients.
    • Visiting potential clients to evaluate their needs and promote our product.
    • Managing and closing the sales cycle.
    • Develop Sales Proposals and Follow up on Sales Activity.
    • Present information about company offerings during seminars or other large events to potential customers.
    • Give customers product demonstrations (In-person/Web Platform) and educate them about the features & benefits of the product.

    • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Basic understanding of Sales Reports.
    • Good presentation skills, with the ability to present both via Live & Web Platform to
    • inexperienced users as well as senior leadership members.
    • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

    Requirements:

    • BSc/HND in any discipline with relevant work experience of 6+ years. An MBA/MSc preferably, with around 3-5 years of relevant work experience, will be a plus.

    Sales Manager - Fixed Line / ISP

    Qualification: BA/BSc/HND

    Experience: 7+ years

    Location: Abuja, Kano, Lagos, Oyo, & Rivers

    Responsibilities:

    • Hire and train Sales team
    • Create sales pitch and materials

    Sales Officer - Wireless / ISP

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Officer-Wireless/ISP will manage and develop sales of wireless internet solutions to customers in a predefined cluster.
    • In addition to their responsibilities for bringing new customers, s/he will be the custodian for retention and servicing the clients’ needs during their life cycle, and also ensure that subscription revenue is achieved as per Annual Operations Plan for designated coverage clusters.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
    • Direct sales experience from Banking, Insurance, Media (Ad Space Selling), E-Commerce sector preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and without supervision
    • Tools- CRM Software, Spreadsheets, Adobe PDF Suite etc.

    ERP Sales Executive

    Job Description 

    • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
    • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data to ERP
    • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output

    Job Requirements 

    • Minimum of 2 years working experience  in using ERP software 
    • Minimum ND in any discipline 
    • Good knowledge of the manufacturing sector preferable 
    • Must have basic understanding of any ERP software
