Senior Officer (Budget & Planning) at Wisdom Scroll Consulting

• Prepare annual and project-specific budgets in collaboration with project managers.
• Monitor budget vs. actual expenditure, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations to forecast cash flow and cost requirements.
• Develop financial models for project feasibility and cost control.
• Prepare monthly budget performance reports for management.
• Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with Nigerian tax and construction finance regulations.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or master’s is an advantage.
• Experience: 5–8 years in budgeting, financial planning, or cost control, preferably in construction or real estate.
• Skills: Advanced Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or local alternatives), strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Certifications: ICAN, ACCA, or CFA (part or full) strongly preferred.
