Senior Business Development Officer (Real Estate & Surveying) at Wisdom Scroll Consulting

• Identify and evaluate potential land and property development opportunities in the FCT and surrounding areas.
• Conduct feasibility studies, land title searches, and due diligence on properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies (e.g., FCTA, Abuja Geographic Information Systems – AGIS), developers, and investors.
• Lead negotiations for land acquisition, joint ventures, and service contracts.
• Prepare business proposals, tenders, and presentations for real estate projects.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in Abuja.
• Coordinate with surveyors and legal teams to verify land documents and title deeds.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Land Surveying, Urban & Regional Planning, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 6–9 years in real estate business development or surveying, with proven deal closures in Abuja.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of AGIS processes, land use acts, and property laws; excellent negotiation and networking skills; proficiency in CRM tools.
• Certifications: NIESV, NIS, or RICS (or working towards) preferred.
• Other: Must have existing network in Abuja real estate sector.
