Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand voice and supports our marketing objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content that effectively communicates our product offerings, industry insights, and company values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, and newsletters.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
• SEO Optimization: Research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website.
• Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions across social media platforms and blog comments, fostering community engagement and brand loyalty.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content is aligned with ProForce AirSystems\' brand guidelines and messaging, maintaining a consistent voice across all platforms.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of content initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve engagement metrics.
• Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts, designers, and other team members to produce compelling content that meets project deadlines and business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types and styles.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track content performance.
