    • Participate in clinical training sessions, outreach programs, and community maternal health advocacy.
    • Adhere strictly to infection prevention and patient safety standards.
    • Uphold the Christian values and mission of CMH in all patient interactions.

    Other Requirements:

    • Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
    • Resident in or willing to relocate to Enugu, Nigeria.
    • Commitment to the mission of Christian Miracle Hospital.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies gracefully.

    Required Skills and Competencies:

    • Demonstrated expertise in spontaneous vaginal deliveries (“catching babies”).
    • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to maternal care.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in monitoring vital signs, fetal heart tones, and labor progression.
    • Ability to manage complications or refer when necessary (e.g. breech, PPH, obstructed labor).
    • Familiarity with childbirth positioning techniques, perineal care, and postpartum recovery.
    • Competence in documenting births and outcomes clearly and ethically.
    • Strong sense of responsibility, emotional maturity, and teamwork.
    • A faith-aligned, prayerful outlook is an added advantage.
