    Client Support Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Support Officer to serve as the key point of contact for our customers and distribution partners.
    • The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, ensure seamless order processing, and deliver excellent service that supports business growth and customer retention.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, orders, and service requests
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
    • Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and issue resolution
    • Track client orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
    • Maintain accurate client records and generate reports using Excel
    • Prepare client communications, reports, and documentation using MS Word
    • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and production teams to resolve client issues efficiently
    • Monitor client feedback and escalate recurring issues where necessary.

    Requirements (Must-Have)

    • Proven experience in client support, customer service, or account coordination (preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing)
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, basic formulas, reporting)
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word (a must)
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

    HR / /Admin Officer (Junior)
