    Civil Works Site Supervisors

    Description

    • Ensure safe supervision of all civil works activities comprising of roads, drilling locations, concrete works, structural steel installation works for buildings. etc.
    • Ensure and promote the application of the Company HSE rules and specifications.
    • Ensure that contractors comply at all times with safety rules, taking actions as required in case of disregard of the rules, stopping the works if they are deemed unsafe, and organizing tool-box meetings and recovery plans.
    • Promote safety culture within Company personnel and contractors as well as the reporting of anomalies
    • Ensure and monitor the safety of personnel and installations as well as protection of the environment.
    • Pursue within his team the HSE objectives defined by his line management
    • Ensure that civil works are safely executed to the required project drawings and specifications.
    • Ensure project QA/QC (quality assurance and quality control) measures are met.
    • Ensure that materials for construction are of the required quality.
    • Review and inspect concrete mix designs for concrete trial mixes.
    • Assist in developing checklist for site works and laboratory testing activities.
    • Review of contractor's project deliverables e.g. ITP, Work Method Statement, QA/QC Plan, etc.
    • Perform site and laboratory inspection/supervision for concrete cube preparation and workability test.
    • Perform site and laboratory inspection/supervision for classification and strength test for road subgrade, sub-base and base material.
    • Verify calibration status of third-party laboratory testing devices and equipment.
    • Assist in developing concrete track register for all concrete compressive strength tests results.
    • Report Non conformances (NCR) to job standard and specifications and ensure any observed NCR reports are promptly closed out.
    • Compile punchlist items and ensure prompt close out before final hand over of facility to asset owner.
    • Verify that necessary documentation are completed before site mobilization.
    • Ensure that valid PTW is available and validated for the job daily.
    • Verify contractor's equipment mobilized to site are those premobbed before use on silo
    • Prepare daily report of the project status with details of personnel, material and equipment on site.
    • Review/updating of WBS in line with work progress.
    • Analyze data/information generated on completed projects as a basis for improvement on future jobs

    Job Requirement

    • Engineering background with a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction of Oil & Gas installations.
    • Good command of spoken and written English.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    HR/Admin Coordinator

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    The Coordinator, HR & Admin coordinates the pre-mobilization, mobilization of expatriates and management of all immigration issues. She/he is responsible for the maintenance of the fleet of vehicles and managing the training function for the workforce.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide HR/Admin support to departments and the organization at large
    • Process renewal of HMO
    • Ensure all Contract personnel are enrolled on HMO
    • Attend to all HMO related matters for Contract personnel
    • Respond to Confirmation of Pension Remittance related matters for Contract personnel
    • Assist in Coordination of Recruitment and Selection
    • Coordinate onboarding of Inhouse employees
    • Process training for Contract personnel (BOSIET/ Confined Space/HFF/AFF)

    • Process monthly birthday gift cards for in-house employees
    • Purchase and distribute monthly beverages
    • Provide Support in the Periodic Performance Management Process
    • General office management, maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
    • Any other duties assigned

    Senior HR and Administration Officer

    Description

    HUMAN RESOURCES

    • Coordinate the operations of the HR & Admin department
    • Develop, update and enforce HR policies and procedures
    • Maintain departmental records and prepare monthly reports for the MD
    • Coordinate HMO related matters for inhouse staff and contract staff
    • Supervise the revision of rules, regulations and procedures to meet changes in law and policy
    • Coordinate recruitment and selection, coordinate onboarding and clarify job descriptions
    • Initiate and ensure that pre-mobilization checks are done for internal staff
    • Develop, monitor and analyse employee performance appraisals
    • Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures in line with company policies

     ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE

    • Oversee the provision of administrative support to departments and the organization at large

    • Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
    • Procure materials and manage budget for office supplies such as stationery with proper stock keeping
    • Maintain an inventory and oversee the operations of office and assets register
    • Oversee general catering for the office
    • Oversee the cleaning of the office environment and periodic maintenance of office equipment
    • Oversee travel arrangements, accommodation and related expense approvals
    • Management of the CUG lines and registering of all official lines on behalf of the company
    • Coordinate and oversee employee engagement activities (Team bonding, etc.)

    Job Requirement
