    Procurement Manager

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly organized Procurement Manager to oversee procurement operations across both Proforce Galaxies Limited and Proforce Intelligence Systems.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and managing suppliers for specialized technology, engineering, satellite, cybersecurity, intelligence, and operational requirements.
    • The successful candidate must possess strong procurement expertise and demonstrate experience working within technology-driven, engineering, aerospace, defence, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or intelligence-related environments.
    • This role requires an individual capable of ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies that support the operational and strategic objectives of both organizations.
    • Source and procure specialized technology equipment, satellite communication systems, cybersecurity solutions, networking equipment, software licenses, surveillance systems, engineering tools, and operational assets.
    • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers and vendors.
    • Conduct supplier assessments, due diligence, and performance evaluations.
    • Prepare and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and vendor selection processes.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, warranties, service-level agreements, and procurement terms.
    • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of critical equipment, materials, and services.
    • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement planning with relevant departments.
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, cybersecurity, intelligence, operations, finance, and administrative teams to understand procurement requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
    • Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, contracts, and documentation.
    • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier developments relevant to space technology, cybersecurity, intelligence systems, and defence operations.
    • Manage procurement risks and develop contingency sourcing strategies where necessary.
    • Prepare procurement reports, supplier performance analyses, and management updates.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years proven experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, or contract management.
    • Demonstrated experience procuring technology-related products and services.
    • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiation, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.
    • Experience working within aerospace, defence, telecommunications, technology, cybersecurity, intelligence, engineering, or related industries will be a significant advantage.
    • Familiarity with procurement of:
      • Satellite communication equipment
      • Networking and IT infrastructure
      • Cybersecurity solutions
      • Software licensing and cloud services
      • Surveillance and security systems
      • Engineering and technical equipment
      • Operational and mission-critical technology assets.
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting abilities.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
    • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, PMP, or related certifications will be an added advantage.

    Security Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, ensuring effective access control, monitoring bag scanning machines, supervising security guards, enforcing security policies, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for personnel, visitors, and company assets.

    Key Responsibilities
    Security Operations Supervision:

    • Supervise and coordinate all security guards on assigned shifts.
    • Ensure guards are properly deployed to designated posts and perform their duties effectively.
    • Conduct regular
    • patrols and inspections of security posts and facilities.
    • Monitor security activities and ensure compliance with company security procedures.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to security personnel.

    Monitoring of Bag Scanning Machine:

    • Monitor the operation of bag scanning machines and other screening equipment.
    • Ensure all personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles comply with screening procedures.
    • Verify that prohibited or unauthorized items are detected and appropriately handled.
    • Report any malfunction or technical issue affecting the scanning equipment.
    • Maintain records of security screening activities and incidents.

    Access Control Management:

    • Enforce access control procedures at all entry and exit points.
    • Verify identification cards, visitor passes, and authorization documents.
    • Control the movement of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
    • Ensure only authorized personnel gain access to restricted areas.
    • Maintain accurate records of visitor and contractor entries and exits.

    Incident Response and Reporting:

    • Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches.
    • Conduct preliminary investigations into security-related incidents.
    • Prepare detailed incident and occurrence reports.
    • Escalate significant security issues to the CSO or Security Manager.
    • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.

    Compliance and Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
    • Support safety and emergency response programs.
    • Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
    • Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    Documentation and Record Keeping:

    • Maintain daily security occurrence books and shift reports.
    • Keep records of access control activities, visitor logs, and incident reports.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security performance reports.
    • Ensure all security documentation is accurate and properly filed.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Effective supervision of security guards.
    • Compliance with access control procedures.
    • Proper operation and monitoring of bag scanning machines.
    • Reduction in security breaches and unauthorized access incidents.
    • Timely and accurate incident reporting.
    • Quality of guard deployment, discipline, and performance management.
    • The Security Supervisor is expected to maintain a high level of vigilance, professionalism, and leadership to ensure the protection of company personnel, assets, information, and facilities at all times.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Previous experience in security operations, law enforcement, military, or industrial security.
    • 3–5 years security experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Knowledge of access control and screening procedures.
    • Ability to operate and monitor security equipment.
    • Good observation and incident management skills.
    • Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and during emergencies.
