Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to client satisfaction by providing clients with quality, timely and responsive services and work products

• Demonstrate an understanding of increasingly complex tax concepts. Discuss moderately complex tax issues with the engagement team and client management.
• Keep informed of current tax developments and effectively apply tax knowledge to client engagements
• Thoroughly and accurately analyze information. Prepare practical and effective approaches to the client's tax situation and arrive at appropriate conclusions.
• Assist in the development of recommendations and implementation plans and assist in making quality decisions in complex areas.

Qualifications and Work Experience

• 2.1 in the 1st degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience / providing Tax Compliance services to Global firms
• A professional qualification in ICAN, ACCA or CITN
• Experience working in professional services environment (preferred)

Job Summary

• We are looking for highly motivated Senior Associates who understand tax legislations and compliance requirements. They must also be commercially aware and able to identify opportunities to minimize corporate and personal tax liabilities of their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute technical insights to client engagements and internal projects
• Assist clients with projects such as corporate tax advisory work, restructuring, tax incentives, initial public offerings, and cross border transactions.
• Prepare estimated tax liabilities to assist clients in meeting tax payment obligations.
• Provide the highest level of technical advice on the application of tax law
• Assist clients to deal with the relevant authorities on any tax issues they may face including tax audit, seeking for tax rulings, tax appeals and technical confirmations.
• Manage the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring tax excellence with real and valuable solutions

Qualifications and Work Experience
