    Customer Service Officers

    We are a business based in Lagos currently looking to hire Customer Service Officers in developing Sales and Marketing experience, to work in our office from our office based close to Oshodi. You will be required to provide excellent customer support to our clients and also help with our Lead generation objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver exceptional customer service and support through telephone, email, WhatsApp and social media channels.
    • Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to customer enquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Identify and research potential clients, business opportunities, and target markets under the guidance of senior team members.
    • Generate and qualify leads through online research, telephone outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and other approved lead generation activities.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, leads, and follow-up activities within the company systems.
    • Assist in preparing and sending professional emails, proposals, marketing materials, and follow-up communications to prospective clients.
    • Support business development activities by booking appointments, arranging meetings, and maintaining contact with prospective clients.
    • Learn and effectively use telephone scripts, customer engagement techniques, and lead generation processes to achieve agreed objectives.
    • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers.
    • Monitor and report on customer service activities, lead generation performance, and business development progress.
    • Work independently while managing assigned tasks, priorities, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience, service delivery, lead generation effectiveness, and overall business performance.
    • Meet agreed customer service, lead generation, and performance targets while maintaining high professional standards.
    • Participate actively in training and development activities to improve communication, sales, customer service, and business development skills.

    Requirements

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
    • Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
    • Good understanding of sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
    • Ability to meet targets and perform effectively in a results-driven environment.

    Skills:

    • A fast learner who is keen to grow their marketing skills;
    • An effective and confident communicator with the ability to influence situations;
    • Very good level of English Language - both written and spoken;
    • Excellent Telephone handling skills;

    • Excellent Administrative and Organizational skills
    • Possess an excellent personal drive and self-motivational skills;
    • Strong orientation to achieving team's goals and targets set;
    • Willingness to learn and develop;
    • Team player open to share knowledge and to support your colleagues;
    • Call Centre Experience will be an advantage;
    • Professional attitude and orientation to details;
    • Knowledge of Marketing Principles & Techniques;
    • Knowledge of using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram;
    • Knowledge of CRM Applications;
