Responsibilities include:
Contributing to strategic decision-making, business planning, and organisational development.
Collaborating with the CEO on setting and communicating measurable, time-bound organisational priorities, developing and managing the implementation of plans, ensuring continued alignment of resources and regularly reviewing progress on achievement in line with these priorities.
Building, managing and leading a supply chain operations team that effectively demonstrates Câm’s organisational culture and values, consistently performs at a high standard through the execution of highly efficient processes and the delivery of high-quality products to customers
Engaging with and building relationships with community leaders, including pastoralists and farmer engagement
Overseeing and ensuring the development of training content and conducting training for team members and pastoralists
Designing and implementing data collection systems and processes
Rigorously monitoring and analysing field data to understand the business' performance and continuously implement data-driven improvements; distilling internal and external data/research into actionable insights, opinions, and recommendations.
Developing and effectively implementing internal systems, business processes, SOPs, and organisational policies and procedures that ensure efficient and effective operations. This includes reviewing, improving, and continuing to codify our existing operating standards into a rock-solid playbook that allows us to scale.
Promoting the identification and adoption of established best practices, whilst creating an environment that encourages the implementation of creative solutions.
Planning, managing and coordinating all activities related to the replenishment of raw materials to meet the changing levels of product demand
Developing, managing and coordinating logistics and distribution of finished products (in-house and with 3PLs and fulfilment partners) with a focus on operational excellence, cost management, proactively monitoring performance and daily execution to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders and excellent customer service.
Reconciling of inventory in collaboration with the Finance and Accounting and Factory Operations teams.

Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
A Master’s degree in a related field is a plus
At least 3 years of stand-out performance in a supply chain operations role
Experience with various facets within operations: program management, planning, forecasting, logistics, warehousing and inventory management
Experience with inventory management, reconciliation and fulfilment across multiple locations
Knowledge of key service performance metrics and KPIs
Experience managing dispersed teams
Experience working will smallholder farmers
Experience in rural or development-related activities (agricultural sector preferred).

Reporting lines: The Supply Chain Operations Lead reports to the CEO.
In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to build out this new function and eventually report to the Supply Chain Operations lead when the role is filled. You are responsible for planning, organising and managing the storage and distribution of products, which includes transportation, warehousing and inventory management. You make sure that the right products are delivered to the right location at an optimal cost. Understanding Câm’s supply chain is important as it allows you to coordinate effectively with our Field, Factory, and Sales & Marketing teams.

Use technology tools and software to manage quality, stock levels, delivery journeys and times and transport costs
Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated scientist with a passion for food and manufacturing and cutting-edge science and technology. The ideal candidate is an individual with dogged attention to detail, processes, procedures and rules and regulations.
Responsibilities Include:
Laboratory Duties:
Receive, sample and test all incoming raw materials, in-process and finished products.
Provide accurate reports and test findings to appropriate team members and departments in a timely manner and advise on corrective actions or adjustments if any.
Record all test data and analysis on appropriate log sheets, then enter the data in the approved QA database.
Work with the junior laboratory technician to ensure the maintenance of a clean, orderly and safe workplace.
Conduct lab equipment calibrations.
Properly set up, operate and run all of the laboratory equipment.
Provide technical support to customers, process and other relevant team members.
Collaborate with other team members in the development of the factory’s SOPs and be the documents' custodian.
Assist Factory Manager in research and development of new products to meet customer demand
Quality Control Duties:
Ensure compliance with Câm safety policies by all production team members, contractors and visitors at all times.
Assure that raw materials and products meet or exceed standards set by the company, state and federal government agencies as well as other relevant regulatory bodies including the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC).
Ensure finished products are sampled, tested and meet specifications before release to customers.
Work with regulatory inspectors, auditors, customer representatives and other relevant stakeholders as required.
Monitor and report on laboratory inventories. Replenish chemicals, lab equipment and tools as needed with Factory Manager authorisation.
Assist with other duties deemed necessary by the Factory Manager.
Role requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology or Chemistry.
Candidate must be IPAN (Institute of Public Analyst of Nigeria) certified
Minimum of 3 years laboratory experience preferably in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing

Câm is seeking to hire an experienced dairy Factory Manager looking for a new challenge and opportunity to manage a brand-new dairy facility. Responsible for maintaining components of the Food Safety Management System by establishing, maintaining, and coaching the building blocks of hygiene and food safety concepts within the factory.
Responsibilities:
Define, implement, and verify the effectiveness of the prerequisite programmes related to Hygiene; including, but not limited to, Zoning; Pest Control; Cleaning Validation & Verification; Pathogen Monitoring; Foreign Body prevention; Hygiene & Housekeeping.
Support Production teams in ensuring GMP standards are adhered to. Own the site's GMP improvement list and prioritise the areas in which the GMP budget will be spent.
Support engineering projects by conducting risk assessments and providing advice about cleanability, hygienic design, and site standards on equipment design and plant layout.
