    Audio Annotator (English / Hausa)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for detail-oriented and language-proficient individuals to join our AI Data team as Audio Annotators.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for listening to, transcribing, labeling, and reviewing audio data in either English or Hausa.
    • This role supports the development of speech recognition and natural language processing systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Annotate and label text data in English and Hausa according to project-specific guidelines (e.g., intent classification, entity tagging, sentiment, slot filling, etc.)
    • Review, validate, and refine AI-generated annotations to ensure high quality and consistency
    • Coordinate with NLP engineers and linguists to resolve ambiguous or complex annotation cases
    • Document annotation decisions, flag patterns or issues, and suggest improvements to guidelines
    • Perform quality assurance checks to maintain high inter-annotator agreement.

    Requirements

    • Experience with annotation tools/platforms (e.g., Labelbox, Prodigy, custom tools) is a plus Degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, AI, or a related field is preferred.
    • Native or near-native fluency in both Hausa and English (written + spoken), with strong grammar and cultural nuance understanding
    • At least 1 year of experience in NLU, NLP, or data annotation role involving intents, entities, or conversational understanding
    • Strong linguistic background: familiarity with syntax, semantic roles,NER, etc.
    • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work with large datasets.

    Salary
    N150,000 Monthly.

    Product Manager

    Summary

    • The Product Manager is responsible for driving the overall strategy, performance, and profitability of assigned products.
    • This role involves developing and executing go-to-market plans, conducting market and competitor analysis, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams, and ensuring that products meet customer needs and organizational objectives.
    • The Product Manager serves as the product expert and acts as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and the market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to achieve product revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product growth.
    • Monitor product performance metrics (sell-in, sell-out, ROI) and recommend data-driven corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Retail, Training, and Supply Chain) to ensure effective product positioning and successful go-to-market execution.
    • Manage product life cycle, including pricing, forecasting, inventory planning, and stock rotation, to optimize profitability and minimize obsolescence.
    • Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to assigned products, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across departments.
    • Train sales promoters and regional teams on product features, selling points, and customer engagement techniques.
    • Develop and manage promotional plans, campaigns, and launch strategies to maximize brand visibility and sales.
    • Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and satisfaction levels to enhance product positioning and improve user experience.
    • Provide regular product reports, insights, and market feedback to management for informed decision-making.
    • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
    • 2–7 years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, or brand management.
    • Strong analytical, research, and strategic planning skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an added advantage.
    • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work collaboratively across departments.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate consumer insights into actionable business strategies.
