    Deputy Product Manager (DPM)

    Role Overview

    • The Deputy Product Manager supports the Product Manager in planning, developing, and executing product strategies. This role bridges business goals, user needs, and technical execution, helping ensure products are delivered successfully and continuously improved.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals
    • Support product lifecycle management from concept to launch and iteration
    • Gather and analyze user requirements, market trends, and competitor insights
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales)
    • Help prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog
    • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and agile ceremonies
    • Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools
    • Contribute to product documentation, user stories, and specifications
    • Assist in stakeholder communication and reporting
    • Support product launches and go-to-market activities

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field with 4–5 years of experience in product management or related roles
    • Understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
    • Basic technical understanding (working with developers, APIs, etc.)
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
