Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager based in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Product Manager will oversee product lifecycle development, product strategy, and roadmap execution.
• Key responsibilities include defining product goals, conducting market research, collaborating with stakeholders, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with business objectives to successfully deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands on product management experience , with a strong focus on payments, operations, or financial infrastructure products.
• Proven track record of owning payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, or transaction success domains from concept to launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Strong background in working within cross-functional agile teams (engineering, design, sales, marketing) to deliver successful outcomes.
• Experience using qualitative and quantitative data (user research, analytics, A/B tests) to inform decisions and measure success.
• Exposure to stakeholder management, including aligning leadership, managing expectations, and communicating trade-offs clearly.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to diagnose transaction failures, identify bottlenecks, and drive measurable improvements in success rates.
• Good understanding of payment gateways, transaction flows, operational dashboards, and reconciliationprocesses.
