    Account Acquisition Sales Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identification and onboarding of Firstmonie Agents.
    • Prepare a target market list.
    • Activate dormant Agents.
    • Grow the Banks Agents network.
    • Respond to all inquiries and queries while ensuring timeliness in resolutions of Agents’ issues.
    • Capture Agents activities for proper documentation and compliance with laid down policies.
    • Identification and onboarding of new customers.
    • Ensure funding of opened accounts.

    Qualification & requirements

    • BSc (Second Class Lower) or HND (minimum of Upper Credit) in relevant fields
    • 2 years work experience.
    • 27 years and below
    • Must have flair for sales
    • Excellent networking skills.
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Must have completed NYSC
    • Good communication skills

    Job Description

    • We seek an experienced Machine Operator to operate our PAKONA machines, ensuring efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe working environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Operate PAKONA machines to manufacture products according to specifications.
    • Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
    • Monitor product quality and adjust machine settings as needed.
    • Collaborate with quality control team to ensure product consistency.
    • Implement safety procedures and adhere to OSHA regulations.
    • Train new operators on PAKONA machine operation and safety procedures.
    • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience operating PAKONA machines.

    • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain).
    • Availability for overtime and flexible scheduling.
    • Experience with other manufacturing equipment (e.g., conveyor systems).
    • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
    • Certification in machine operation or maintenance.
    • Experience with quality control procedures.
