We seek an experienced Machine Operator to operate our PAKONA machines, ensuring efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
Operate PAKONA machines to manufacture products according to specifications.
Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime.
Monitor product quality and adjust machine settings as needed.
Collaborate with quality control team to ensure product consistency.
Implement safety procedures and adhere to OSHA regulations.
Train new operators on PAKONA machine operation and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
2+ years of experience operating PAKONA machines.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain).
Availability for overtime and flexible scheduling.
Experience with other manufacturing equipment (e.g., conveyor systems).
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Certification in machine operation or maintenance.
