Cons: Eye service and slow operations from some branches (SPAR NIG) which is the brand retail outlets, this also affects sales, sluggishness from the branch managers, outlet concept managers (OCM's), starting every employee at a promising salary to confirming with same salary after the probation period of six (6) months, top heads i.e the Branch Managers / OCM's ruining shortages of sold products to their personal use and end up using them without proper billing contributes to the gradual collapsing of the branch.
