Job Description
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Welcome guests to restaurant.
- Know every item on the menuand present them to guests.
- Take and serve food/drinks orders.
- Arrange tables with proper dinning settings.
- Always keep tables clean and tidy.
- Check products for quality.
- Deliver bills.
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
- Know and manage shifts adequately.
- Report daily activities.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
