    Veterinary Sales Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
    • Select and train new salespeople
    • Report on regional sales results
    • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
    • Analyse regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
    • Prepare and review the annual budget for the areas of responsibility
    • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
    • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques increase customer satisfaction
    • Sales of veterinary products.

    Requirements

    • Qualified Veterinary Doctor (preferable)
    • B.Sc in Veterinary Science with sales & marketing experience or Business administration
    • 2-3 years experience as a veterinary doctor and in the sales of veterinary products
    • Proven work experience as a sales manager or similar senior sales role
    • Veterinary Product knowledge
    • Prior experience as Area sales manager in veterinary sales
    • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
    • Understanding of store operations
    • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
    • Availability to travel as needed
    • Excellent communication and strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
