    Relationship Officer – (SME, Corporate/HNI & Retail Banking)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Relationship Officers to drive business growth across SME Banking, Corporate/HNI Banking, and Retail Banking segments. The role involves client acquisition, deposit mobilization, credit origination, and delivering tailored financial solutions while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving assigned targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, acquire, and onboard new clients across SME, Corporate/HNI, and Retail segments
    • Mobilize deposits and grow the Bank’s liabilities portfolio
    • Originate and structure credit facilities (retail loans, SME financing, and corporate lending)
    • Conduct credit analysis and assess financial statements to determine creditworthiness
    • Prepare and present credit proposals for approval
    • Manage and grow existing client relationships to increase wallet share
    • Cross-sell banking products (loans, digital banking, trade finance, investment/wealth products)
    • Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments
    • Provide tailored financial solutions based on client needs
    • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies
    • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly
    • Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance and business pipeline 

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Retail: 0–3 years experience in banking or sales
    • SME: 1–4 years experience in SME/Commercial Banking
    • Corporate/HNI: 3–8 years experience in Corporate Banking or Wealth Management
    • Strong knowledge of credit analysis, lending, and risk assessment
    • Proven track record in deposit mobilization and loan origination
    • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
    • Good understanding of the local business environment and market dynamics
