Service Description: Supply and distribution for Voucher-Based Assistance – Hygiene Kits & Menstrual Hygiene Kits Distribution

EYN Projects is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from qualified Companies for the distribution of hygiene kits and menstrual hygiene kits to targeted beneficiaries in Pulka, Gwoza LGA.

Objective:

To establish a secure, efficient, and transparent digital voucher system that enables registered beneficiaries to redeem pre-defined hygiene and Menstrual Hygiene Management kits from Local Vendors in Pulka, Gwoza LGA ensuring accountability and real-time tracking.

Scope of Services Required:

1. Digital Voucher System of payment
2. Vendor:

 vendors to supply and distribute kits - voucher redemption.

automatic reimbursement to vendors upon successful redemption.

Expected Deliverables:

• A shop for redemption of Kits with sitting arrangements for waiting beneficiaries
• Conducive environment to support Safe guarding policy.
• Responsible workers who will adhere to the policy on Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
• A peaceful redemption process of quality items as specified.
• A mobile phone that can support mobile app to validate and process voucher redemptions

Eligibility Criteria for Supplier:

• Registered Company with Corporate Affairs Commission
• Proven experience in CVA distribution.
• Supplier based in Pulka, Gwoza LGA
• Tax Compliant Company

Submission Requirements:

Interested providers should submit:

• Company profile and relevant certifications. (CAC, TIN Cert, tax clearance, SCUML, Identification Card and other relevant certs)
• Examples of past work in CVA distribution
• Financial Statement

Deadline for EOI Submission: 8th  April 2026, 5:00pm

Key Clarifications:

• Beneficiaries receive digital/physical vouchers to redeem pre-defined kits (no cash out option).
• Vendors are reimbursed digitally after successful redemption.
