Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality, user-centered designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance user satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products.
• Manage and mentor a team of talented UI/UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your design projects.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approach.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
• Leadership skills to guide and inspire a team towards achieving project goals.
