What We're Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in fullstack development or related roles
• Frontend Expertise: Strong proficiency in ReactJS and Next.js for building modern, responsive web applications
• Backend Skills: Solid experience with Node.js, Knex query builder, and MySQL databases
• Python Knowledge: Working knowledge of Python for backend development
• System Design: Understanding of system architecture, scalability patterns, and best practices
• Problem Solving: Ability to break down complex problems and build elegant solutions
• Code Quality: You write clean, maintainable code and care about performance
• Bonus: Familiarity with agentic development is a plus.
