Entry‑level Flutter Developer at Alliance Consulting

About the Role

• Alliance Consulting & Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking a motivated and passionate Entry‑Level Flutter Developer to join our Application Development Unit.
• The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of mobile application development using Flutter and Dart, with a strong eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of cross‑platform mobile applications using Flutter
• Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and product managers to implement new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under supervision
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high‑quality deliverables
• Learn and apply best practices in mobile app performance, scalability, and UI/UX
• Contribute to project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides
• Stay updated with emerging Flutter/Dart trends, libraries, and development tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart programming
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third‑party libraries
• Understanding of the mobile application lifecycle (Android/iOS) and app store publishing fundamentals
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Experience:

• 1–4 years of relevant functional experience

Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Skills:

• Exposure to Firebase or other backend services
• Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles
• Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Prior internship experience or personal Flutter projects.
