Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Tutor Recruitment Officer to lead the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of qualified tutors across various subject areas.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong tutor database while ensuring quality standards align with organizational and client expectations.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective tutor sourcing strategies.
Screen CVs and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and competency assessments.
Verify academic credentials and professional certifications.
Coordinate onboarding processes for newly recruited tutors.
Maintain and update the tutor database and recruitment tracker.
Liaise with operations and client teams to understand tutor requirements.
Monitor tutor performance during probation periods.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and safeguarding standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
1–2years’ experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
Experience in education or EdTech recruitment is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of interview and screening techniques.
