Telesales Personnel at HMD Nigeria

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Basic Responsibility

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products available, promotions, and services.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Scope of Accountability
• Answer questions about the company, our products and services.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Willingness to go for field visits at necessary intervals.

Main Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Research ongoing projects across the country and collect information about the companies awarded the contracts. Research new leads and contact details of decision makers in target industries.
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Keep updated customer details in the database
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Send a daily report of calls
• Generate at least 3 positive leads per day.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Preferably Female.

Work Schedule:

• Work Type: Full Time Staff
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri; 8am to 5pm (1hr lunch time at 1pm)
• Saturdays; 8am to 1pm (1st Saturday of the month off)
• Office Location: Lekki-Epe Express, Lekki Elf.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
