Telesales Officer / Customer Service Representative at FMR AGENCY

Overview

• We are recruiting to fill the position of Telesales Officers to support loan sales and customer acquisition within Nigeria’s paramilitary payroll segment.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for contacting verified leads, presenting loan products, converting prospects into completed applications, and following up through loan disbursement.
• This role requires strong communication skills, discipline, persistence, and the ability to meet sales targets in a structured telesales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage verified leads within Nigeria’s paramilitary agencies to promote loan products.
• Convert prospects into completed loan applications and follow up through successful disbursement.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales and disbursement targets through effective telesales techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, applications, and follow-ups using approved tools.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports as required.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
• Proven experience in telesales, call center operations, or outbound sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to close deals, handle objections, and meet sales targets consistently.
• Excellent follow-up, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp and Google Forms.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a target-driven environment.
• Prior experience selling loans to paramilitary or government workers is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English is required; understanding of Pidgin is an added advantage.

Salary

• N80,000 - N100,000 / Month.
