Senior Wellhead Maintenance Operator at Zamam Offshore Services Limited (ZOSL)

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wellhead Maintenance Operator to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in wellhead systems, demonstrate leadership in field operations, and uphold the highest safety standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, repair, and installation of wellhead equipment. 
• Ensure optimal functionality and integrity of the wellhead systems. 
• Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions on valves, flanges, and associated components. 
• Support Xmas Tree and wellhead installation, and pressure testing of the wellhead equipment. 
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational and maintenance reports. 
• Supervise and coordinate field crews during maintenance operations. 
• Ensure strict compliance with HSEQ policies, procedures, and industry standards. 
• Troubleshoot wellhead system issues and implement effective solutions. 
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities. 
• Perform first-line, second-line, and ad-hoc wellhead maintenance. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree will be an added advantage). 
• Proven experience in wellhead maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry. 
• Strong knowledge of wellhead systems, valves, and pressure control equipment. 
• Relevant professional technical certifications in wellhead operations or maintenance are an added advantage. 
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. 
• Ability to work in demanding onshore/offshore field environments.
