Engage at least 30 customers daily through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects, upsell, and reactivate clients
Achieve a monthly revenue target of ₦20,000,000, with a minimum performance benchmark of 75%
Retain at least six new customers monthly from the assigned customer list
Maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued usage
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
Record and report all interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and optimize retention strategies
