    Telesales and Retention Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage at least 30 customers daily through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects, upsell, and reactivate clients
    • Achieve a monthly revenue target of ₦20,000,000, with a minimum performance benchmark of 75%
    • Retain at least six new customers monthly from the assigned customer list
    • Maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued usage
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
    • Record and report all interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and optimize retention strategies
    • This is a target-driven position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by both immediate sales results and long-term customer growth.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in telesales, customer retention, or account management
    • Strong outbound calling, persuasion, and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
    • Target-driven, organized, and familiar with CRM tools
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments
