    Affiliate/Agent Manager

    • To deepen our reach into local markets, we are hiring an Affiliate & Agent Manager to build, grow, and manage a network of commission-based affiliates and agents who sign up customers and drive local shipment activity on behalf of ShipAfrica.
    • This is a people-first, community-driven role focused on building and growing strong referral networks for ShipAfrica. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and engaging individuals and communities, both online and offline who are passionate about promoting our services, referring customers, earning commissions, and growing with the brand.
    • The goal is to build a vibrant network of trusted agents deeply connected to the regions we serve, helping to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and long-term growth.

    What You Will Do:

    • Design and execute a structured strategy to build ShipAfrica's affiliate and agent network across online and offline channels
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard individuals, micro-businesses, and communities as affiliates or agents
    • Clearly communicate the commission structure and value proposition to prospective partners
    • Train and equip affiliates and agents with the tools and knowledge needed to sign up customers and drive shipments
    • Monitor partner activity and implement engagement strategies to keep the network active and productive
    • Track referral performance, customer sign-ups, and shipment contributions across the network
    • Submit regular reports on network growth, partner activity, and revenue impact
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and the 3PL team to ensure a seamless experience for affiliates, agents, and the customers they bring in

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, agent network management, community sales, or a similar field
    • Strong understanding of both online communities and offline grassroots markets in Lagos, Nigeria.
    • Excellent relationship management, communication, and people skills
    • Creative and strategic thinker who can identify unconventional channels to grow a referral network
    • Self-starter with strong organisational and follow-through skills
    • Comfortable working across digital platforms and in-person environments

    3PL Acquisition Manager

    • As we scale, we are looking for a driven and commercially sharp 3PL Acquisition Manager to lead the sourcing, onboarding, and activation of third-party logistics partners across key territories.
    • This is a high-ownership, field-first role for someone who understands the logistics landscape, builds partnerships with ease, and takes pride in growing a reliable network of 3PL providers. You will be at the frontlines of our expansion, not just bringing logistics partners on board, but ensuring they are fully activated and operating effectively within the ShipAfrica network.

    What You Will Do

    • Identify, pitch, and onboard qualified third-party logistics companies across assigned territories
    • Drive activation and ensure newly onboarded 3PLs are operational within agreed timelines
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners to ensure consistent service delivery
    • Track, report, and optimise every stage of the 3PL acquisition and activation funnel
    • Submit weekly reports on pipeline activity, partner onboarding progress, and performance metrics
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, support, and partnerships teams to improve the 3PL partner experience

    What We Are Looking For:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
    • 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or the logistics industry
    • Existing knowledge of or relationships within the Nigerian logistics ecosystem is a strong advantage
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed commercial targets
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
    • Self-starter with a bias for action in field-based roles

    Operations Support officer

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Staff Resumption: Ensure you resume at the designated drop-off location each morning as required.
    • Package Inspection: Accurately receive and inspect all incoming packages, verifying both actual and volumetric weight for correctness.
    • Label & Documentation Approval: Approve shipment labels and meticulously document the process by taking necessary pictures and videos.
    • Shipment Approval & Waybill Generation: Grant final approval for shipments and initiate the generation of corresponding waybills.
    • Package Return: Coordinate the timely return of packages to customers following completion of inspection and approval.
    • Drop-off Coordination: Organize and coordinate with customers to drop off approved packages at DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other carrier facilities.
    • Shipment Follow-up: Proactively follow up on all inspected and approved shipments to confirm a seamless and complete logistics process.

    OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

    To ensure a consistently smooth process, you will be required to:

    • Monitor shipment status and address any logistical or compliance issues promptly
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues, customers, and carrier facility representatives (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of all shipments, inspections, approvals, and process documentation
    • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize the overall shipment workflow

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
    • Good communication skills — written and verbal
    • Basic familiarity with logistics processes or carrier operations is an advantage
    • Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment
    • Candidates must be based in or around Trade Fair, or within Ojo Local Government Area.

    Merchant Acqusition Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Independently onboard and activate 25 or more merchants each month
    • Drive a minimum of ₦25,000,000 in shipment revenue from newly onboarded merchants
    • Ensure merchants complete their first shipment within 14 days of onboarding
    • Actively pitch and register qualified merchants across assigned territories
    • Track, report, and optimize every stage of the acquisition funnel
    • Provide weekly reports on lead conversions, merchant activity, and revenue performance
    • Work cross-functionally with support, ops, and partnerships teams to improve merchant experience

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • 2–4 years experience in business development, sales, or field activation
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Self-starter with a strong bias for action and field engagement

    Telesales and Retention Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage at least 30 customers daily through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
    • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects, upsell, and reactivate clients
    • Achieve a monthly revenue target of ₦20,000,000, with a minimum performance benchmark of 75%
    • Retain at least six new customers monthly from the assigned customer list
    • Maintain ongoing engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and continued usage
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value
    • Record and report all interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback in the CRM
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and optimize retention strategies
