Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is an advantage
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with strong focus on compensation, benefits, and payroll
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR analytics tools
• Strong integrity, confidentiality, and communication skills

Responsibility

• Design and implement compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, retain, and reward high-performing employees.
• Manage payroll administration with accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
• Conduct job evaluation, market benchmarking, and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay structures.
• Drive HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce cost, reward efficiency, and performance trends.
• Ensure full compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Partner with business leaders to develop reward strategies that promote engagement and performance.
