    Employee Engagement Manager

    Requirements

    •  Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or related field
    •  HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, etc.) is an advantage
    •  5–7 years of progressive HR experience (with at least 3 in engagement/culture roles)

    Responsibility

    • Manage payroll administration with accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
    • Conduct job evaluation, market benchmarking, and salary surveys to ensure competitive pay structures.
    • Drive HR analytics and reporting to provide insights on workforce cost, reward efficiency, and performance trends.
    • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

    Learning and Development Officer

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • Professional certification in L&D, HR, or Training (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in Learning & Development or HR.
    • Strong facilitation, presentation, and coordination skills.
    • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
    • High sense of initiative, integrity, and collaboration.

    Responsibility

    • Coordinate the execution of the company’s Learning and Development (L&D) strategy and annual training plan.
    • Identify learning needs through performance appraisals, skill gap analyses, and departmental feedback.
    • Plan, organize, and monitor training programs, ensuring effective delivery and measurable outcomes.
    • Manage relationships with training vendors and regulatory institutions.
    • Track and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate learning records, reports, and budgets in line with HR policies.
    • Support the implementation of career development and talent management programs.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements (e.g., ITF, etc.).
