    Sales Executive

    This is not a passive sales role. You will be on the ground, engaging prospects, following up leads, presenting our Larvarium programme, and converting interest into committed cooperative members.

    What You Will Do

    • Identify and pursue new sales leads and prospects
    • Engage potential members and clearly explain Safe Nest's cooperative structure and the Larvarium programme
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to closing
    • Follow up on enquiries promptly and professionally
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
    • Provide accurate reports on sales activity and pipeline
    • Recruit and manage a small network of Affiliate Partners and Affiliate Marketers
    • Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategy and client experience

    Who We Are Looking For

    • Proven ability to sell, persuade, and close deals
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly disciplined
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Prior experience in cooperative services, financial services, agriculture, or a related high-trust industry is an advantage
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

    What You Get

    • ₦150,000 monthly base pay, once you hit your target closes, on top of commissions and bonuses.
    • Increase in base pay after you have proven yourself during the probation period. 
    • The more you close, the higher your pay — up to ₦650,000 and above in total monthly earnings for consistent top performers
    • Your first confirmed close alone earns you ₦50,000, with earnings increasing progressively from there
    • Additional earning opportunities through affiliate-sourced sales
