Talent Management Officer, Ibadan at Bizpoint Consult Limited

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring to ensure the organization attracts high-quality candidates
• On-boarding: Developing and managing on-boarding programs to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
• Performance Management: Implementing performance evaluation systems to assess employee performance and provide feedback.
• Training and Development: Designing and coordinating training programs to enhance employees’ skills and career growth.
• Succession Planning: Identifying high-potential employees and creating development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
• Employee Engagement: Developing strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement, fostering a positive work environment.
• Compliance and Policy Management: Ensuring that all HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and align with the organization’s goals.
