We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Content Manager to lead our social media efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our online presence, and driving audience engagement across various social media platforms.
The ideal candidate has experience in content creation, social media management, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a social media content strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos, reels, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce compelling content.
Analyze social media metrics and performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite, and provide data-driven insights.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Experience in influencer marketing and community management is a plus.
