Waiter/ Waitress at Newchip Technologies

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate will ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience by delivering prompt, friendly, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly manner
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and correctly
• Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-arranged
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Process bills and collect payments when required
• Follow restaurant service policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum of SSCE qualification
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat appearance and good hygiene
• Ability to work under pressure
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude

Work Schedule:

Shift-based (Day/Night)
